Seeds/ Nuts can be in an oil form
3 fruits
4 wholegrain
5 vegetables

Dont forget water is key for the organism to work and food has got a lot of it so a good balance of liquids is key.
Avoid bad fat and sugar!!

1 Gaze - fruits
2 Breakfast - energy for the day
3 Eat at regular times and chew your food
4 Eat raw with every meal
5 Space fruit from your meal
6 Drink water and dilute fruit juices and tea and coffee don't count!
